For communication and generation of a contract document for the water share purchase and to process payment to you once the purchase process is complete.

This data is not shared with anyone outside the organization.

How do we protect your data?

We have taken adequate measures to protect it by vetting and contracting with reputable third parties and/or limiting the number of staff members that have access to personally identifiable information.

Access: You can request to see the data we hold about you.

Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccuracies in your data.

Deletion: You can ask us to delete your data under certain conditions.

Refusal: You may not be considered to receive a rebate from Central Utah Water Conservancy District.
