Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) is actively buying water shares in select companies on the Provo River and in Utah Lake. CUWCD has a set price based off the acre-ft quantification for each share. CUWCD is purchasing from the following companies at the following prices per full share:

Fort Field-Little Dry Creek Water Users	$23,610.00
Provo Bench Canal and Irrigation Co.	$50,225.00
Provo Reservoir Water Users - Alpine District	$30,000.00
Provo Reservoir Water Users – Orem District	$22,000.00
Utah and Salt Lake Canal Company	$6,885.00
Utah Lake Distributing Company	$7,665.00
North Union Canal Company	$26,600.00
East River Bottom Water Company	$18,255.00

If you are interested in selling your water shares to CUWCD please submit an application. In order to submit an application, you will need:

• - Contact information
• - Front and back copy of the share certificates you would like to sell
• - Number of Shares you are selling

Once we receive your application you will be e-mailed a Water Stock Purchase Agreement and a W9 form with additional instructions. The purchase contract can only be issued to the individual or entity that is currently listed on the Share Certificate as the owner of the share(s).
